Willow Oaks HOA requires a minimum advance notice on a request for closing information and accounting information on lots to close a sale of a lot or home or for prepping to close as sale.

A Fee for this information will be charged to the Lot and should be collected at closing.  These funds are to be paid to the HOA’s Accounting Firm.

•Letter from Accountant for closing attorney 5 days or more from closing date $25.

•Letter from Accountant less than 5 days to to closing $50.
